They rather employee managers who don't know how to do anything and lazy drug addicted employees then hard-working people who actually care about their job and you are trying to help the company. They operate on a no-fault policy 10-point system but yet will still give you an earful about it even though it's a no-fault policy. The HR department doesn't care about your complaints and might as well just count themselves as a glorified cheerleading team for Mohegan Sun Pocono. And instead they overwork the already hard-working employees that actually can do their job and make them hate coming to work everyday. The beautiful 67,000 square-foot gaming floor includes a luxurious high-limit slot room and a private player's lounge.
They don't reprimand any of the no good slacking people who honestly shouldn't have a job there because they do less than the bare minimum. Mohegan Pennsylvania has grown into one of the biggest gaming destinations in the region featuring over 1,600 slot machines, nearly 60 table games and live harness racing. They're two-faced and act like they are your friends and then talk bad about you to others. They don't care about your problems just that you're working. Overall your coworkers there are great and you'll have a good day but the management and the F&B department is horrible.
